I may have lost my mind entirely. I went out this afternoon and bought a 52" Samsung LCD flat panel HDTV with 1080p capability along with the shaw HD cable box. Sumpin tells me that the hockey playoffs and beer guzzlin' make take on a whole new dimension for the rest of this NHL season in my house. Once all is officially hooked up and running, we'll have to get together for some action!  |

Very cool! .... I was in Future Shop the other day while Ottawa vs. Pittsburgh game 1 was on. They had the game coming through in HD on a 52" LCD. I almost stayed there. Man did it ever look real. You could imagine sticking your hand into the screen and grabbing the players. If my credit was a little better I'd be in the same spot as you right now. So at any rate.... um....how's Sheri with loud beer drinking guests... not that I know any such people, but you know just for the sake of discussion  |

I think Sheri's still digesting the $$$$ I spent on the TV. I think once she views a couple of Survivors, she'll come around. As for loud beer drinkers, I think I rate high so she should already be used to it. |

lol.... perhaps a little, but they lack the aerodynamic conehead; which I might add gives me great speed and agility ;D
