Here are some disclaimers regarding the pools:
1)WRONG WINNER DECLAIRED
The most unfortunate case of marking error would be when a wrong winner has been declared and paid. In the event of this, the pool staff will approach the incorrect winner and inform them of the mistake. The pool staff will only approach the winner provided the mistake has been brought to the attention of the pool staff within the following week in which the pool was played. It is up to the incorrect winner to decide if they want to relinquish the payout to the proper winner. In some cases the improper winner may refuse. This may be because they have already spent the money, they are broke, they are mean... etc. Regardless of the reason, if the improper winner refuses to relinquish the money, it becomes the proper winners loss. However, the scores will be adjusted to reflect the actual winner's points and the false winner's points.
2) SHEET FILLED OUT INCORRECTLY
There are many possible ways in which a sheet can be filled out incorrectly. When the pool staff comes across an incorrectly filled out sheet, the pool staff will use their best judgment to fix it. However, this will NEVER work to the player's advantage. For example, if a player forgot to circle a winner on a particular game, the player automatically gets zero points for that game.
3) YOUR HALF OF SHEET DOESN'T MATCH SUBMITTED HALF
Sometimes errors are made by players when copying from one half of the sheet to the other half of the sheet. In the event of this the half submitted will always be the one that is counted
4) PAYMENT OF WINNINGS
The pool staff will not make a special trip to work, your house... etc. to payout winnings. The winnings will be paid as soon as the pool staff payer sees the winner or the person that is agreed to give the money to the winner. Sometimes this may take a few days.

- 2b - two of the same wagers
- Sometimes we will come across a sheet that has the same number twice. If this happens, the first instance of that number (ie. highest on the sheet) remains as the number and the second instance becomes the missing value.
