You may have noticed that the Pool Boy didn't start working until around 9:00 PM last week. Here's what happened:
A drain pipe in our kitchen sprung a leak and caused water to run through our kitchen floor and then down the basement wall that has the Shaw modem mounted on it. The water fried the modem which resulted in knocking out our TV, internet and phone. By 9:00 PM I managed to jerry-rig a basic connection which allowed us to watch analog TV and get the Pool Boy going.
It's all better this week and there should be no issues.
