There is a likely possibility of overlapping between Round 1 and Round 2 games (ie. Round 2 games have started for some teams while Round 1 hasn't been settled for other teams).
Here's how to know when to hand in your Round 2 picks:
Every pool player will have 24 hours after the completion of the last game in Round 1 has completed. I have every players phone number and will call every player when the games have completed to remind them to get their picks in.
Because some of the Round 2 games may have already started some may argue that this gives insight into who may win in those series. This may be true. However, everyone will be at the same advantage, so it is still fair.
I will expect that everyone will do their best to get their picks in on time to make this a fair competition.
